You can find your PD in several places:
- On an old glasses card – it's often listed in the details on the card that came with your previous glasses.
- From your optician – you can ask your optician for your PD even if you're not having a new eye test.
- On your prescription – some prescriptions include the PD.

Please note: Many prescriptions don't include the PD. If the prescription you send us doesn't show it, send us your PD separately.
PD doesn't change in adults, so even an old PD value is reliable.
