You'll get your tracking number by email automatically when your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Before that, there's no tracking number yet. For about the first 3–4 weeks after you order, your glasses are being made at our factory in China, and the parcel doesn't have a tracking number yet.
If you haven't received a tracking number about 5 weeks after your order:
- Check the junk or spam folder of your email.
- Check that the right email address was used for the order.
