We'll cancel the order and refund the full amount.
The order is already in production
The order has to be completed, because the glasses are already being made to your prescription. Once you receive the order, you can still use our 100-day returns – you'll get a full refund when you return the glasses. Returns are free: email us and we'll send you a return label.
Klarna and cancellation
A Klarna invoice is cancelled automatically when the order is cancelled or returned. Don't cancel the invoice yourself in the Klarna app – it slows the process down.
