We ship to EU countries. Customers in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria have their own Banaani stores.
- Shipping fee: home delivery costs €19 in the EU. In Belgium, France, Spain, Luxembourg, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania you can also choose delivery to a pick-up point for €9. You choose the delivery method at checkout.
- Outside the EU: we ship by home delivery, and you'll see the shipping fee at checkout.
- Delivery time: your glasses are made individually to your prescription, so delivery takes about 5 weeks from your order. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your glasses leave our warehouse.
- Returns and exchanges are completely free. Email us at info@banaanieyewear.fi and we'll send you a return label and simple instructions.
All our other terms are the same in every country: 100-day free returns and exchanges, and a 2-year warranty.
