Yes, you can exchange them, and it's free.
Send the following details to info@banaanieyewear.fi:
- Your order number
- Which frames you want to exchange
- Which frames you want instead
- Which lens type you want in the new glasses (the same or a different one)
We start making your new glasses right away – you don't need to wait until we've received the old ones. You return the old glasses separately with the return label we send you by email (see the article "How do I return or exchange my glasses?").
The exchange is free if the lens type stays the same. If you change to a more expensive lens type, we'll send you a payment link for the difference. If you change to a cheaper one, we'll refund the difference.
