Yes – all products have a 2-year warranty, starting from the delivery date.
The warranty covers, for example:
- Manufacturing and structural defects
- Other defects and faults that appear during the warranty period and make the product less fit for use
The warranty does not cover, for example:
- Normal wear and ageing of the product
- Defects caused by how the buyer has handled the product (an accident, incorrect handling, or use that goes against the instructions for use or care)
If you think you have a defect covered by the warranty, send a photo of it to info@banaanieyewear.fi. We'll look into it and, if the defect is covered by the warranty, arrange the compensation.
