We process your refund once your return has been registered at our warehouse – usually within a few working days of its arrival.
How soon you see the refund in your account depends on your payment method:
- Card payments: 1–10 banking days (your bank's processing time)
- Klarna: the invoice is cancelled automatically (depending on your country)
We always refund to the original payment method.
If you can't see the refund 2 weeks after your return arrived, email us at info@banaanieyewear.fi and we'll check it for you.
